First Deliverance Church of Atlanta Endowment
The First Deliverance Church of Atlanta, Inc. established this endowment to assist needy families and/or individuals in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. The First Deliverance Church of Atlanta, founded in 1956 by William and Lillian Fitch, is located at 65 Hardwick Street, SE, Atlanta, GA. It is a church that interprets the truth in terms of the truth, with great love for human kind, and a willingness to give of its means to others. The current interim pastor is Myrtle P. Bolden.
Willie Maude Wright Merritt Endowment
In memory of the late Willie Maude Wright Merritt, this endowment was established April 6, 2011. The late Mrs. Willie Maude Wright Merritt (09/30/1915-04/06/2011) positively impacted the lives of numerous individuals. The Willie Maude Wright Merritt Endowment was established to fund educational activities of and educational resources for students enrolled in the E.D. Cubed, Inc. Achievers Program. This fund is not restricted to activities and resources related to core subjects. This fund allows E.D. Cubed, Inc. to enact immediate positive impact in the lives of its students. An individual student in the E.D. Cubed, Inc. Achievers Program, who desires specific assistance from this endowment, must submit a written request to the Board of Directors of E.D. Cubed, Inc. Approval requires majority approval from the Board of Directors. Also, a majority approval from the Board of Directors is required to purchase (using funds from this endowment) bulk educational study aids and/or reference materials for students enrolled in the E.D. Cubed, Inc. Achievers Program. A January 26, 2015 revision of the purpose of this endowment was approved by the Board of Directors of E.D. Cubed, Inc.
